Sleep
I use these gummies to help get and stay asleep. It takes about 2 or more hours until I feel sleepy but I’ve tried everything else and these gummies are the best solution for me. I’ve been taking one a night for about 6 months, and occasionally I’ll have a night where I can’t fall asleep even after having taken a gummy. But overall I’m pleased with them.

Sleepy Time
I have issues falling a sleep and tried everything from melatonin to benadryl and non worked well or if they did, I would wake up with a serious hang over. These things are the bomb. I take one 30 minutes before I'm ready to crash and boom, I wake up ready to go. No side effects and no foggy head.
