Prepaid Subscription Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your prepaid subscription before the end of your selected term, any refund will be calculated based on the Pay-as-you-go discounted rate of 25% off the MSRP instead of the prepaid discounted rate of 35%.
Example: If the MSRP for a product is $89.99 and you have prepaid for 6 months with an upfront payment of $350.96, and wish to cancel after 3 months, the refund amount will be calculated at the 25% discount rate. Therefore, the refund will amount to $148.48 instead of $175.48.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days following the cancellation request.
Continued participation in the subscription program indicates acceptance of these terms and any future changes to the program. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription program at any time, with or without notice.
